Improve the team’s listening skills with this introduction game!

I made this video because introductory games can be very helpful for a team to get to know each other better or in a different way. In this game, the participants tell each other’s story. Telling someone else’s story as if it were their own, promotes an understanding of another’s vision. It is also a good listening exercise because the group members need to reproduce what they heard before. So this is a fun exercise to use in teams with people who don’t know each other very well. Or with very diverse teams to improve mutual understanding.
