About Greater Brighton Metropolitan College Brighton

Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (the MET) was created from the merger
of City College Brighton & Hove and Northbrook College Sussex. The international
team at Brighton MET is responsible for international students on courses across
five sites in Brighton, Shoreham and Worthing, with English language courses
remaining at its central Brighton campus.

Description :

Our Summer Vacation Course is designed for young adults (aged 16+) who want to improve their English and enjoy the summer in Brighton.
Students will join our multinational General English classes at a range of levels focusing on communication, grammar and writing, in a fun and
productive learning environment. In the afternoons, students will have two afternoon or evening activities and a half day excursion included in
the fee during weekdays. We run a full programme of activities in addition. Students can also book trips at the weekends to places of interest around the UK.

Example of activities and excursions:
• Afternoon activities: picnic, cream tea, bowling,
laser tag, sports
• Evening activities: karaoke, beach BBQ,
games night, live music
• Afternoon excursions: Lewes, Seven Sisters,
Arundel
• Trips at the weekend: London, Bath and
