English Language Centre York is accredited by the British Council, EAQUALS, a Highly Trusted Sponsor, and a member of English UK. We offer a wide range of courses for juniors, adults, individuals and groups, all year-round. Students can choose from General, Academic, Business English; Cambridge Exams, IELTS, Young Learners programme (12 to 17 years old); and Teacher training courses such as CELTA and Distance Delta. We also offer Individual Learning Plans, Academic Counseling; four free clubs, and run a busy year-round social programme. We have a Multimedia Centre / Library with books, magazines, and DVDs which students can hire out, which is run by one of our teachers. We have 2 common rooms areas; one of the rooms has a table tennis table, a TV; wifi/internet, water machine and hot drink machines. Our priority is to look after our students and make sure they are happy and have a comfortable time to enhance their learning experience. We have excellent homestay providers and student residence.
