Job description
The role includes leading various activities in English such as speaking focused gamified English classes, art workshops, role play situations in theme decorated rooms, escape rooms, tv production, CSI activity, sports, outdoor games, treasure hunts… Staff lead and/or take part in night activities such as competitions, themed nights, terror night, party night… Staff also serve meals and snacks as part of their working day. At times you will work with smaller groups of 12 and other times with double groups of 24.
You are expected to work any 8 hours per day between 8am and 11pm. All activities are pre prepared so staff only need to learn the activities and look after materials.
Salary and benefits
Pay: Monthly start rate €1,200 net with contract + food, accommodation and internet + holidays + bonuses. We provide two training days prior to starting paid at half rate then bi weekly and monthly performance reviews.
We provide accommodation for staff in shared en suite rooms, food, internet and transport between Requena and the camp with pick up on Sunday evening and drop on Friday.
Requirements
High level of English, outgoing personality, confident leading a group of children and are able to capture their attention, motivate them to speak English and correct their mistakes in a fun and friendly manner. Previous experience working with children and a TEFL or equivalent is preferred. The right to work in Spain, student visa or youth mobility visa.
