We are looking to recruit an administrator to provide efficient and effective support for students on programmes within our Professional Administration and Support Team. The role of Senior Student and Programme Administrator carries varied remit which would suit applicants who are keen to develop their career within higher education. If you are seeking to build upon experience already gained within higher education environment, the role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance professional learning and to develop skills and expertise in a range of higher education administrative functions. You will ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided to all stakeholders and that institutional and regulatory policies and procedures are understood and consistently applied.

The Person
A highly organised and self-motivated individual and an experienced higher education administrator with a strong attention to detail, you will be innovative and a good team-player. You will be committed to providing the best quality service to internal and external colleagues and partners. Demonstrating an ability to work flexibly within a team and to build and maintain sound working relationships in contributing to the delivery of an efficient and comprehensive support service. Experience of working accurately and paying close attention to detail, working with sensitive situations with discretion, and an awareness of the need for confidentiality in all student/customer matters are essential. Knowledge of the SITS system would be highly desirable.

This role is based at our St George’s University of London site in Tooting.

This is a full time, fixed term role for 12 months with a starting salary of £29,144 per annum plus a St George’s supplement of £718 per annum.
