Hello. We are a small private school of English based in London running since 2010 (working solely remotely now).
The majority of students are Polish adults living in the UK. Classes are focused on communication, functional language, improving fluency and accuracy through oral exercises and drilling, etc.

We are currently looking for a freelance ONLINE ESL tutor. Our teaching vacancy is ideal for those who are looking for a stable, long-term position.
Many of our students come from Poland and the tutor should be able to communicate in Polish.
The role is either part-time or full-time (10-40 hours a week) and hours are flexible. Specific timetable and number of hours for the new teacher is to be discussed given the classes schedule and availability of the candidate.
Teaching adults (1to1 or maximum 3 students per class)
SALARY: 11-15 pounds per 60 minutes (depending on your performance during the interview, the trial class and commitment). The rate can increase over time.
Part-time/Full-time: 8-40 hours per week (depends on the teacher’s availability)
Daytime, evening and weekend sessions available – times and days to discuss
All teaching is online (delivered through Skype)

We offer flexible teaching time slots between 8am- 9pm UK time zone. Hours are flexible, and teacher availability can be accommodated. Most teachers start with a small number of students, and gradually build up.
Ideally, teachers should be able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours of teaching per week, over weekdays and weekends.
Excellent command of English and Polish
English teaching qualification (Degree in English or CELTA/Trinity Tesol or equivalent)
At least two years of recent TEFL experience, with experience in teaching English online
Ideally experience in living in the UK
Creativity in creating resources
Ability to adapt to specific needs of particular students
Ability to work individually with minimum supervision
Great communication skills
Confident, friendly and engaging personality
Listening to your Students and tailoring your tuition to what they wish to achieve.
Preparing and delivering lessons to improve Students’ English skills. Guidance and some teaching resources are provided, however teachers take autonomy for the planning and delivery of their lessons.
