About Us
The Language Gallery (TLG) delivers high quality language courses at a number of locations worldwide. With campuses in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Hannover and Toronto, we pride ourselves on our internationalism and our interactive approach to learning.

Details of Position
To ensure the academic excellence of the TLG Centre in accordance with accreditations held. To ensure the operational and financial running of the Centre and its service provision is efficient and effective according to agreed standards and objectives. The role will involve but not limited by or be restricted to:
Academic
Arrange and coordinate academic events held on campus.Be responsible for monitoring all academic team administration and record keeping. Be responsible for the hiring, CPD and development of the teaching staff.Take responsibility for the student experience from arrival to departure ensuring an excellent quality of service throughout. Oversee the co-ordination of the social programme and pastoral care.
General Management
Liaise with local services, IT, contractors etc. to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Centre. Monitor and purchase supplies such as books and stationary.
Health & Safety :
Schedule and carry out repetitive monitoring

Qualifications
Requirements:
CELTA/Trinity Cert (Essential)
DELTA or Trinity Dip (Essential)
A degree (Essential)
At least 3 years teaching experience (Essential)
At least 1 year management experience (Essential)
DELTA or Trinity Dip (Essential)
Relevant MA (Desirable)
PGCE/QTS (Desirable)

Salary and Benefits
Up to £26-28,000 per annum.
