Jay has over 10 years of experience in the field of education management and marketing. After graduation Jay worked in our London office before moving to China to head our office in Beijing.

Lijing has over 10 years' experience in the education industry in various positions, ranging from marketing and operations management to teacher training and material development.

Lijing has a masters degree from Peking University.

With over 15 years’ experience in different fields in education, Elaine gained both a degree in literature and Master in International and Comparative Education from Stockholm University.

She loves teaching and has over five years experience in English Language Teaching for all ages. Elaine also enjoys travelling, meeting people from different countries and discovering new cultures.
