
Brian Boyd
Brian Boyd was born in Ireland. At nine years old, he moved with his family to Llantwit Major in South Wales. He studied education and graduated from Goldsmiths College, University of London with a BA(Ed) in Design & Technology with Computers. After graduating, he wrote and illustrated two mathematics books for Key Stage 2 students: The Mathemagician’s Apprentice and The Treasure of Fraction Island (TAG Publishing). He also designed accompanying computer games for both titles. He currently lives in Thailand with his son, Hugo, where he teaches English to young learners and adults, and writes and draws Grammarman comic. He has also maintained the Grammarman website since 2005.
