
Juan Uribe
Juan Uribe is an English teacher, teacher developer, storyteller & puppeteer who’s been involved with affective language learning since 1994. He founded Juan Uribe Ensino Afetivo, a language school in São Paulo, Brazil, where children learn English affectively through stories, games, projects & lots of play. Juan walked the Camino de Santiago in 2014 & is currently traveling around the world sharing his passion for affective language learning & making shows with his puppet Buddy the frog. Juan is an International Teacher Development Institute (iTDi) Associate & author with a BA in Pedagogy from the Catholic University in São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an MA from the University of Toronto (UofT).
