Improve the team’s decision-making skills with this fun game!

I made this video to help teams make faster decisions. In this game, the team will improve their skills by making choices within time constraints. Not only will it give the team members insight, it is also a lot of fun to do the game together. 

To make the game even more interesting, you can vary the time limits. For example, you can change the ten-minute time limit into a five-minute time limit. You can make it very difficult by giving them only a one-minute time limit. You can set a different time limit for each part of the exercise.
