Improve the team’s mutual understanding with the circles game!

‘Circles’ is one of the best team-building games to create mutual understanding among the participants. That’s why I was so excited to make this video!

What do you feel regarding, for example, rock climbing? Panic, challenge or comfort? In this game the team finds out that everyone has different relationships with different topics.

As a variation to the exercise, you can call out statements to see whether they agree or not. When you ask participants to respond to statements, the areas can stand for Disagree, Neutral, or Agree. The rest of the exercise remains the same.
