Improve the team’s insight with this seeing, thinking, feeling game!

Games like this can be so interesting to do with a group because it makes the participants instantly aware. That’s why I enjoyed making this video. During this exercise, everyone in the group will become aware of how they are perceived by the other participants. You learn to distinguish the three elements (thinking, feeling, and seeing). For example, it helps if you want to say how you feel, you don’t always have to say what you ‘think’. Great way to get communication going.
