ParticipantI’ve been noticing my steering wheel pulls slightly to the right when I’m cruising on the Sheikh Zayed Road, and it’s been driving me crazy because I just had new tires put on my Challenger a couple of months ago and I’m pretty sure they did an alignment back then too. I’m starting to wonder if maybe I hit a nasty pothole somewhere around the MBZ City area that threw everything out of whack because the roads around some of those side streets can be pretty rough honestly. I’m not super keen on taking it back to the place that fitted the tires since they didn’t exactly inspire confidence when I watched them work and I’d rather find a shop that really understands the suspension geometry on these heavy American coupes. I live near the outskirts of MBZ City so I’ve been looking for a Dodge maintenance garage near MBZ City that has a proper Hunter alignment machine and actually knows how to use it instead of just guessing the toe settings. The last thing I want is to burn through another set of expensive rubber because some guy set the camber wrong and didn’t bother to test drive it after. Has anybody here had their Challenger aligned recently and walked away happy with the results? I don’t mind driving a bit further if the work is solid but obviously closer is more convenient for dropping it off and picking it up after work hours. Also if anyone knows roughly what a good alignment should cost these days that would help me spot any garage trying to overcharge just because they see a V8 pulling in.
