Buyer wants to take my car for inspection, is this MBZ City place any good?

I’m selling my 2015 328i and a potential buyer just asked if he can take it for a pre purchase inspection. He mentioned he found an Affordable BMW inspection in MBZ City and wants to use them. I’ve never heard of this place and honestly I’m a bit wary because I don’t want someone nitpicking every little thing to knock down my price. I’ve maintained the car well and it runs great but you know how these things go. Has anyone here used that service before? Are they fair and honest or do they try to find problems that aren’t really there? I’m not trying to hide anything but I also don’t want to get lowballed over minor stuff. Any feedback would be appreciated because I need to decide whether to agree to this or suggest we go somewhere else.
