Environment cannot push a plant past what its genetics allow, so a line bred for 18 percent will not reach 25 no matter how good your tent is. Where that ceiling comes from and how much of it a grower realistically captures is discussed at https://potentthcseeds.com. Good conditions get you close to the maximum, bad conditions cost you a third of it. Buying stronger seed is the only way to raise the ceiling itself.
