      Reflective Questions:
      1. How many years should you be teaching EFL before you conduct your first IELTS initial assessment?
      2. Should you point out all mistakes on a written initial assessment?
      3. How can you tell if a student has fossilised errors from an initial assessment?

1.- I do not think it depends on the years but on how well you know what you are doing and your students abilities.
2.- No, unless you want undermine your students confidence.
3.- if you see the errors being repeated regularly and more than necessary and he has internalised them without having reflected on those errors and addressed them in class with the teachers.
