Been dealing with acid reflux for what feels like forever, and Tums don’t cut it anymore. I’ve seen sodium alginate supplements talked about as a game-changer for some folks, but I’m worried about taking them long-term. I hate popping PPIs but don’t want to swap one problem for another with side effects down the line. Anyone here using sodium alginate for months or even years? Any weird side effects or things I should know before making it my daily thing? Desperate for something that actually lets me eat pizza again without regrets. Any input would be super appreciated!

For anyone dealing with acid reflux or GERD, it’s good to know that this supplement can help by forming a barrier against stomach acid. It’s taken before bed or after meals that might cause issues. People love its effectiveness and the convenience of it being in capsule form. Plus, it’s manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, which is reassuring for quality standards.

I’ve heard a good buzz around sodium alginate supplements for heartburn. I’ve been using them for a bit and no side effects on my end. The best sodium alginate for acid reflux might be what you’re looking for if you’re wanting something sustainable. Considering it’s safe for long-term use, it’s like having your cake and eating it too, or pizza in this case. Hope you find some relief soon!
