ParticipantI’ve got a 2019 BMW X5 that’s been an absolute dream to drive until recently, when all sorts of weird electronic gremlins started appearing – the infotainment screen flickers on and off, the parking sensors sometimes work and sometimes don’t, and last week I got a drivetrain malfunction warning that disappeared after restarting the car. I’ve taken it to a couple of places but they just hooked it up to a diagnostic machine, scratched their heads, and told me it might be “one of those complicated German things” without actually fixing anything. I’m pretty sure I need to find a proper specialist who actually understands modern vehicle electronics and can trace these intermittent faults properly, not just someone who replaces parts until something works. I heard there’s an Expert auto electrical workshop in Musaffah Shabiya that deals specifically with these complex electrical issues, but I wanted to check if anyone here has actually used them and can confirm they know what they’re doing with European cars. What I really need is someone who can systematically diagnose the root cause of these issues rather than just guessing, because I’m tired of paying for diagnostics that go nowhere. Any recommendations or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
