Natural Nails With Extra Shine

I’m taking a break from colored manicures and want to focus on making my natural nails look their best. They are currently short and healthy enough, but the surface looks a little dull and uneven. I’ve seen people with completely bare nails that have an almost glass-like shine without looking as though they are wearing regular polish. I’d love to get that kind of refined appearance while keeping my nails completely natural. What type of treatment can give natural nails that smooth, healthy-looking shine without adding color?
